An insight into the career stories of five industry professionals across different sectors to showcase the different job roles and pathways that exist.
The entire S6 year group from Aberdeen Grammar gathered at the Robert Gordon University to hear short presentations from each employer, with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
The presentations helped pupils to gain awareness of different sectors and roles, and also demonstrated that career pathways are rarely linear.
Each employer gave pupils some top tips to take away. The event was hosted off-site within a lecture theatre at the Robert Gordon University, so pupils also benefited from experiencing an event in a higher education setting.

Senior Additional Support for Learning (ASL) pupils from Mackie Academy experienced a real-life workplace - and the diverse range of roles within it - courtesy of a visit to their local Asda store.
A tour of Brewdog provided Harlaw Academy senior pupils with an insight into lab-based job roles within the workplace.
