Employers across all industry sectors are invited to complete the survey, which can be accessed here. It provides them with the opportunity to highlight the challenges and barriers they face when engaging with the next generation of talent.
Jamie Hutcheon, Director, DYW North East said: “It is important that we understand the support requirements of our region’s employers so that we can provide them with a service that is fit for the future.
“This survey is a simple mechanism for employers to tell us what they need from us, so that we can build this into our future planning and shape our provision accordingly.
“Our core purpose remains steadfast – to make it easier for employers, educators and young people to connect. That said, we are mindful that our region’s businesses are operating in an ever-changing, complex landscape, so want to make good on our commitment by listening and adapting to their needs.”
The DYW North East employer survey takes less than five minutes to complete and is open until Wednesday 6 May. Employers can take part here. Insights gathered will help shape the support offered to businesses across the region, ensuring it remains relevant and responsive to their needs.
