Keith joins the leadership team at DYW North East following an interim role within the organisation as Business Engagement Officer and brings a wealth of experience spanning education, business development, project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. In his new role, Keith will focus on the programme's business engagement, managing a team and working alongside colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the region.
Prior to joining DYW North East, Keith led the Enterprising Aberdeenshire programme, where he managed a team, developed innovative support services for businesses and delivered projects aligned to regional and national economic priorities. His career has also included leadership roles in education and entrepreneurship, giving him a unique perspective on the skills and opportunities needed to support young people into a successful future.
