#NoWrongPath is a social media movement led by Developing the Young Workforce which provides inspiration and reassurance to young people receiving their exam results.

Get involved

#NoWrongPath is back and the 2025 campaign is set to be bigger and better than ever!

The aim? To highlight the different options that are available to young people and show them that exam results are not necessarily the key to unlocking future success.

Results Day this year falls on Tuesday 5 August, however you are invited to get involved any time during the week of 4-8 August. Supporting the campaign is simple - there are a few different ways to do so below.

Share your story

Are you one of many people who didn't take a traditional or straight path to get to your current position?

Why not write a social media update or blog post during results week to share your career story?

Don't forget to use the #NoWrongPath hashtag to ensure your post has visibility. See one article from last year's campaign here.

Lights, camera, action

If you're a whizz with videos and confident in front of the camera, you may wish to record a short video or reel.

You can do this as an individual, or work with colleagues to create a company update featuring staff members in different roles.

Everyone's journey is unique. You may even learn some interesting facts about your workmates along the way!
