Do you want to be part of a team who bridges the gap between employers and education to help young people find fulfilling careers?

Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) North East is funded by the Scottish Government to increase and strengthen employer engagement with young people.

Our Employer School Coordinators each support two secondary schools within the North-east.

To succeed as an Employer School Coordinator, you should have a passion for inspiring the next generation and love working with lots of different people. You must be a good communicator with a flexible and enthusiastic approach, plus a “can do” attitude.

To apply, send an email to heather.morrell@agcc.co.uk with your CV, salary expectations and a covering letter. Your covering letter should outline your key skills and why you think you are right for the role.

Employer School Coordinator posts are broadly based on a term-time contract and DYW will organise a PVG. If you are interested in working with us on a part-time basis, please state this within your application.
