Entier is currently recruiting for their award-winning apprenticeship programme, 'Fresh Olive'.

Through the programme, Entier create a talent pipeline, invest in the community and create a credible career path for selected apprentices.

The apprenticeship offers hands on experience, a salary and the opportunity to gain different levels of qualifications. It is a three year programme where successful applicants will work towards an SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cookery) qualification.

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of food in any area of the Entier business (this will develop as you progress through your apprenticeship)

• Support with kitchen, front of house and any other areas of the business as required to enhance and provide a full experience of the hospitality and catering environment

• Support with Entier events as and when required

• Work at various units throughout the business
